Tuesday, January 11, 1972
ARTHUR E. TAYLOR, 84, of 872 Scott St., Stroudsburg, died yesterday in Mon roe County General Hospital.
Born in Spartansburg, S.C. he was a son of the late Hugh Z. and Ma ry Milster Taylor. At one hime he was a member of the Pennsylvania Sta te Police and last worked as a forman for the borough of Stroudsburg,
Survivors include his widow, the former Beulah Strunk; two sons, Fran k, San Gavriel, Calif., and Hugh, San Diego, Calif,; a daughter, Mrs. Phyl lis Storms, Easton; two brothers, Zack, Woodside, L.I.N.Y. and Joseph, Spa rtanburg, S.c. six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Private funeral services will be held at 2 pm Thursday from the Willi am R. Thomas Funeral Home, Stroudsburg. .
