Isaac Horner claimed to have been a drummer and blacksmith in the State of New Jersey under Captain Peter or Phillip Snook(s) and served a total of 18 months during the years 1777-1778. He also supposedly was in the Battles of Monmouth & Princeton as claimed in the declaraton for a pension No. R.5,233 in 1847. He also stated that he & his father, prior to his entering the service, had a brigade of horses and received a certificate for service but was unable to find it when he applied. In 1849, Jacob Horner on behalf of his mother, Zilpha, aged 92, as widow applied for his pension and was still trying to make claim as late as Oct 1854 but was rejected as they failed to furnish proof of Isaac's services in the Revolution.
I researched the National Archives and could find no service or muster records for Isaac Horner. I could not find any record of a Captain Peter or Phillip Snook(s) either.

John Hornor (10), son of John (9) was born in Tadcaster, England, about 1630, and died "suddenly" at White Hill, West Jersey, 2/25/1689. He was a man of substance, and a Friend, who left his native land on account of the religious persecutions of his fellow Christians. He reached Burlington, on the ship New Providence, 11/1/1683, accompanied by his 3d wife and four children, with ten servants. In 1684 he purchased from William Black, the White Hill property of 200 acres, on the Delaware just south of the Farnsworth estate, where King Joseph Bonaparte afterwards made his home. The Hornor homestead is now the site of a State Industrial School.
John Hornor was three times married. His first wife, Isobel, died 1/2/1667. He married, secondly, 3/24/1668, Sarah, daughter of Edward Wilberforce, who died 9/22/1673, leaving children, John (14) and Mary (15). He married, third, 11/13/1675, Mary Pearson, of Tiffenthwaite, Cumberland, said to be a descendant of the Percys. By her he had two children, Joshua (16) and Isaac (17).
