John Blow of Sussex on 23 Aug 1769 married Lucy Booth. Surety was James Booth and witnesses were Arthur Booth Sr and Arthur Booth Jr. This is probably Lucy as Arthur Sr was her father but he died in April of 1769. James and Arthur Jr would have been her brothers. John Thomas Blow filed "Publick Claim" in 1782 for beef and a saddle. 1779 Census Index has a John Thomas Blow in Southampton Co., VA.
