Died from massive heart attack. Tombstone reads ' Pvt Albert D. Goodrich, Co G, 13th VA Cavalry Apr 14 1822. Mar 16 1900: Had to retire from farming after 30 or so years of age due to heart condition. Enlisted on Apr 20, 1861 in the VA Cavalry
