      Deed of Gift from Edward Walton -- for love and affection to children and grandchildren, and for 5 shillings from son Ison and for his undertaking to pay a debt due to Charles Thompson -- all my slaves in trust [including:]

      Isom Walton of Albemarle Co.
      -- My children Jane Patsy Ann Mathew P Mary and John's heirs have no part of the property/estate now in my possession.
      -- Wife Patsy Walton all estate, stock, furniture, plantation tools for natural life.
      -- After her death to my seven last children: [Artemis Grey] [Yas Yaloud] [Thomas or Hammes] Caroline Emily Ison [Va] [Welifsey] C. and Helvey G. Walton.
      -- Son Alamond Walton 150 acres at upper end of my tract adjoining Richard [Turn] Richmond T. Walton, Thomas Naylor, Nathl Thompson.
      -- Residue of land to son Ison W. Walton.
