- John T. Strunk, obituary from Phyllis Storms d/o John's niece Beulah Taylo r, stated that John was 78 years old. He died at his home on Bank Cour t, South Stroudsburg. He went to the Stroudsburgs from Portland about s ix years prior to his death. He was retired from employment as a brakem an with the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad.
John left one son, Bertie B. Strunk of Roselle, N.J.; onedaughter, Mrs. Ge orge Dunn, of Mt. Bethel, and one sister, Mrs. Minnie Davis. He was al so survived by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
