Source Text: Beverly Booth Jr. ? in 1792 with a very strange disorder in his mouth ? what ? into the memory (but much worse) it eat away his gums, and the greater part of his teeth came out. Application was made to many physicians and many medicines made use of, but had not the desired affect, the greater part of the [lesion] he appeared to be in health. His mouth run constant from the [lesion] He was taken beyond the ? of any ? that were periodically ?. Friday, August the 24th 1793 he is taken appear only with a great cold. He kept about in the day. ? but very bad at night, and much ? to get breath Sunday night the 1st September his ? much is ? and ? morning lost his speech and grow bad all the while in his ?, ? the 2nd September at midnight he died. Elder David Barrow attended the funeral of the above. Children ? preach a sermon from Rom. the 8th
