Hello, Charlie,
It has been a very long time since I did any research on my Harrison ancestors. In
addition to the line of interest to you, I go back to Robert Harrison and Elizabeth
Cureton, also of Prince George County, parents of Robert Harrison, whose wife was
Henrietta Maria Hardyman. This line has presented a challenge because of the
widespread belief that Robert was the son of Benjamin Harrison and Elizabeth Bassett
(see Lineage 34 of FamilyTree DNA's Harrison Project -
http://www.worldfamilies.net/surnames/harrison/pats). I am sure he was not. He is
the ancestor of Helen Peebles Harrison shown in the left panel below.
Back in 1993, I compiled the brief family history that is attached to this email. There are
several missing pages, and the file is on a 3 ½ floppy (my portable 3 ½ drive has been
borrowed). I regret that I did not footnote the history properly; however, I did record
my sources. At that time, I was corresponding with Lindsay Britton, who is mentioned
as one of the collaborators in Patrick Morgan Harrison's "Descendants of William,
Harrison," which, in December 2005 was at
http://www.rootsweb.com/~vapgearg/Harrison1.html. when I printed out all 101 pages.
I should look to see if it has been updated.
I have yet to locate the charts referred to in the attached write-up, but I did find page 4
of something else.

From the chart above, it looks as if we are sixth cousins once removed. That makes you
the most distant relative I have had any contact with. Thank you for emailing me!
I'll keep looking for whatever else I might have on the Harrisons. Keep in touch.
